Dazu gibt es ausgewählte Käse vom Affineur Waltmann und Snacks aus unserer Küche.

Die Winzer geben Einblicke in ihre Arbeitsweise, nachhaltige Anbaumethoden und aktuelle Trends am ungarischen Weinmarkt. Der Abend bietet Raum für Austausch, Fragen und Networking, mit einer Auswahl an exklusiven Weinen, die in Deutschland selten zu finden sind.
Sie alle sind Teil der Fine Wines Association of Hungary (FWA), ein Zusammenschluss ungarischer Weingüter mit dem Ziel, Weinliebhaber:innen, Fachkräfte und Tourist:innen über die Vielfalt und Qualität ungarischer Weine zu informieren. Die Mitglieder sind kleine bis mittlere Familienbetriebe aus verschiedenen Weinregionen Ungarns, die lokale Traditionen respektieren und gleichzeitig innovative Ansätze verfolgen. Die FWA steht für Beständigkeit, hohe Qualität und charakterstarke Weine. Durch Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitigen Austausch wollen sie den Bekanntheitsgrad und das Ansehen ungarischer Weine im Ausland steigern.
Die Weingüter im Detail:
Tóth Ferenc Winery (Eger)
Tóth Ferenc steht für authentische Weine aus der traditionsreichen Region Eger. Im Fokus stehen der Ausbau von Egri Bikavér und Egri Csillag sowie die charaktervolle Präsentation typisch ungarischer Rebsorten wie Leányka, Kadarka und Kékfrankos. Flagship-Wein ist der seltene „Várvédő“, ein Paradebeispiel für das Potenzial der Region.
Homola Pincészet (Balaton)
Homola Pincészet ist verwurzelt im kleinen Ort Paloznak am Nordufer des Balaton. Das Team rund um Gründer Szabolcs Homola erzeugt charakterstarke Weine von historischen Lagen – mit besonderem Fokus auf Csopaki Codex-Qualität. Die stilprägenden Weine zeigen das Terroir rund um den Balaton auf höchstem Niveau.
Etyeki Kúria (Etyek–Budapest)
Etyeki Kúria ist ein modernes Familienweingut aus der Etyek-Buda Weinregion, das seit 2001 durch hochwertige Weine und Schaumweine nach traditioneller Flaschengärung überzeugt. Mit Fokus auf regionale und internationale Rebsorten und nachhaltigen Anbau entstehen charaktervolle Weine, die Tradition und Innovation vereinen. Als Mitglied der Fine Wines Association engagiert sich Etyeki Kúria gemeinsam mit anderen ungarischen Winzern für Qualität, Herkunft und internationale Anerkennung ungarischer Weine.
Vida Péter Szekszárd (Szekszárd)
Vida Borbirtok ist ein familiengeführtes Weingut in Szekszárd, einem der bedeutendsten Weinbaugebiete Ungarns. Unter der Leitung von Péter Vida, dem „Pionier für Szekszárd“ steht das Weingut für die authentische Darstellung regionaler Sorten wie Kadarka, Kékfrankos und Bikavér. Mit großem Fokus auf Terroir und Nachhaltigkeit bewirtschaftet die Familie 23 Hektar in den besten Lagen Szekszárds, um den einzigartigen Charakter des Weinbaus dieser historischen Region widerzuspiegeln.
Tokaj-Hétszőlő (Tokaj)
Tokaj-Hétszőlő steht für nachhaltigen, biologischen Anbau im legendären Tokajer Gebiet. Seit 2015 sind die 55 Hektar umfassenden Rebflächen biozertifiziert, verarbeitet werden ausschließlich eigene Trauben. Ziel sind ausdrucksstarke, komplexe Weine mit unverkennbarem Terroir und viel Eleganz.

The winemakers will provide insights into their working methods, sustainable cultivation methods, and current trends on the Hungarian wine market. The evening will provide an opportunity for discussion, questions, and networking, with a selection of exclusive wines that are rarely found in Germany.
They are all members of the Fine Wines Association of Hungary (FWA), an association of Hungarian wineries with the aim of informing wine lovers, professionals, and tourists about the diversity and quality of Hungarian wines. The members are small to medium-sized family businesses from various wine regions in Hungary that respect local traditions while pursuing innovative approaches. The FWA stands for consistency, high quality, and wines with character. Through cooperation and mutual exchange, they aim to increase the awareness and reputation of Hungarian wines abroad.

Tóth Ferenc Winery (Eger)
Tóth Ferenc stands for authentic wines from the traditional region of Eger. The focus is on the cultivation of Egri Bikavér and Egri Csillag, as well as the characterful presentation of typical Hungarian grape varieties such as Leányka, Kadarka, and Kékfrankos. The flagship wine is the rare “Várvédő,” a prime example of the region’s potential.
Homola Pincészet (Balaton)
Homola Pincészet is rooted in the small town of Paloznak on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The team around founder Szabolcs Homola produces wines with strong character from historic vineyards – with a special focus on Csopaki Codex quality. The style-defining wines showcase the terroir around Lake Balaton at the highest level.
Etyeki Kúria (Etyek–Budapest)
Etyeki Kúria is a modern family winery in the Etyek-Buda wine region that has been impressing since 2001 with its high-quality wines and sparkling wines produced using traditional bottle fermentation. With a focus on regional and international grape varieties and sustainable cultivation, it produces wines full of character that combine tradition and innovation. As a member of the Fine Wines Association, Etyeki Kúria works together with other Hungarian winemakers to promote the quality, origin, and international recognition of Hungarian wines.
Vida Péter Szekszárd (Szekszárd)
Vida Borbirtok is a family-run winery in Szekszárd, one of Hungary’s most important wine-growing regions. Under the leadership of Péter Vida, the “pioneer of Szekszárd,” the winery stands for the authentic representation of regional varieties such as Kadarka, Kékfrankos, and Bikavér. With a strong focus on terroir and sustainability, the family cultivates 23 hectares in the best locations in Szekszárd to reflect the unique character of viticulture in this historic region.
Tokaj-Hétszőlő (Tokaj)
Tokaj-Hétszőlő stands for sustainable, organic cultivation in the legendary Tokaj region. Since 2015, the 55 hectares of vineyards have been certified organic, and only the estate’s own grapes are processed. The aim is to produce expressive, complex wines with unmistakable terroir and great elegance.
