Bouzeron
Die Côte Chalonnaise ist die südliche Verlängerung der Côte de Beaune. Das erste kleine Dörfchen von Norden kommend heißt “Bouzeron“. Dahinter verbirgt sich eine Appellation, die ausschließlich für die Rebsorte Aligoté steht. Sie genießt seit 1998 den Status einer eigenständigen Village-Appellation – der einzigen Village-Appellation für Aligoté in der Bourgogne. Die Weine zeichnen sich durch ihre Frische und Lebendigkeit aus, mit subtilen floralen Noten und einer feinen Mineralität.
Rendez-vous avec les vins de Bourgogne bei uns in der Wine Academy Hamburg ist eine geführte Verkostung, die live im Internet übertragen und von Robin Kick MW moderiert wird. Bouzeron is the only appellation in Burgundy dedicated exclusively to Aligoté and has held the status of a standalone Village appellation since 1998. Its wines are known for their freshness and vibrancy, with a distinct minerality.
Rendez-vous avec les vins de Bourgogne at Wine Academy Hamburg is a guided tasting, broadcast live online and hosted by Robin Kick MW.
